HIV/AIDS: Past, Present, and Future of Research and Medicine
The goal of this program is to discuss the current state of HIV/AIDS in the United States. Dr. Chan will discuss recent trends and people most at risk for infection. Other objectives will include diagnosis, treatment, and management of HIV/AIDS. Dr. Chan will also discuss the current state of HIV research and future direction. The program will also include an open discussion with questions and answers related to HIV/AIDS and other sexually transmitted diseases.
