For Tier II Registration, all students (except for Princeton students) must register as "Other" at the following link: https://payment.brown.edu/C20460_ustores/web/store_cat.jsp?STOREID=2&CATID=184&SINGLESTORE=true You will be asked to identify your school in the page that follows.
